Genesis

Hopped on a flight back to Philly to catch my little cousins high school graduation and to see the friends and family. It had been about 5-6 months since I had been home which is crazy to think about. Vianka made it to Philly for the first time ever. We did a day trip to the city, went to the Jersey Shore, and caught a Phillies game. I’d say my trips back home nowadays are pretty reflective of my personality, go, go, go… We did a lot and ate some good eats. The tail end of this roll is the behind the scenes of the Genesis Premiere. I had my tripod and a dream — I somehow managed to get myself in frame, and more importantly, in focus for (almost) all of these shots. Quite literally could not see what I was shooting, but it all worked out in the end. In a way this roll was Genesis two fold; going back to where it all started, where I was born and raised and finishing my first collection.
